For firms whose clients look to you past the brief

We co-host a GTM event for your firm and you invite your clients. We bring the panel of active sales leaders. They bring the questions they can't put to a junior associate.

The client problem

Your clients come to you for the contract, or the audit, but the question keeping them up at night is commercial. Can we move upmarket. Why is the pipeline stalling. Should we hire the AE before the number justifies it. You are not positioned to answer that, and pointing them at a consultant hands the relationship to someone else.

Bring them into a room instead. One evening, one panel of people running the exact play your clients are trying to run, and your name is on the invitation.

How it works

We curate the panel. Sales operators and VPs of Sales currently running the number, chosen against your clients' stage and sector, not a recycled list.

We arrange the keynote and run the event. The room, the structure, the facilitation, structured but informal. You're the host, not the organiser, and you're seen delivering the room, not billing the hour.

You bring the clients. The ones you want to impress, or the ones who need the room most. They put their real GTM questions to the panel and get straight answers in the room.

Why it works for you

Founders fight consultants. They don't fight peers. When five sales leaders in the room independently say the thing your client has been putting off hearing, it lands, and it lands with your firm's name attached to the introduction.

That's worth more than a CLE credit or a webinar slot. It gives your best clients a reason to bring you the next mandate before they even have a legal or financial question.

Dedicated roundtables

Where one client needs more than an evening can give, we run a dedicated GTM Roundtable for them. A bespoke panel built against that company's ICP and motion, a structured session, and a written diagnostic inside two weeks, with your firm as the introduction.

Use the event to open the door across your client base, and the roundtable to go deep with the ones who need it.

Who's been in the room

The first of these ran on 8 July 2026 at Kennedy's Pub & Restaurant in Dublin, co-hosted with Fieldfisher. The panel was Eoin McGuinness, Head of GTM at Instantly, Conor Moynagh, Head of VC at HubSpot, and Jordan Howard, EMEA Sales at OMNI, with a keynote from Jamie Woodcock on the legal patterns he sees repeat across scaling companies.

Twelve-plus early-stage startups came, several investors alongside them, and five founders left with a route around a blocker that had held them for months. That's the calibre of panel your clients get in the room, people currently running the number, not sitting on an advisory board.

Proof it works

The same model runs for VC and PE portfolios through AwakenHub and Intertrade Ireland. For one fund's portfolio company, Wayleadr, a single roundtable reopened six Tier 1 account conversations and added roughly €300k to forecast within a fortnight.

Format

Tell us how many clients you want in the room and which market, Dublin or London, and we'll shape the format and the panel around it.
