This notice covers our website, business enquiries, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and introductory-call bookings.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit an enquiry or book a call. This may include your name, email address, company, job title, appointment details and information you share about your business needs.

For LinkedIn enquiries, we receive the information you submit through the Lead Gen Form. For bookings, we receive the details you provide through Google Calendar.

Our website hosting provider may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and relevant follow-up questions.
• Arrange and manage introductory calls.
• Discuss whether SpringboardIQ’s services suit your needs.
• Maintain relevant correspondence and protect our website.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, managing prospective customer relationships and securing our website. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, we may process information to take those steps. Where required, we also process information to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use enquiry or booking details to subscribe you to newsletters or promotional email campaigns.

Service providers and sharing

We use:

• Base44 to host and operate our website.
• Google Workspace, including Gmail, for email and business correspondence.
• Google Calendar for appointment scheduling.
• LinkedIn to collect enquiries through Lead Gen Forms.

These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. LinkedIn and Google may also process information under their own privacy notices when you use their platforms.

We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to comply with the law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International processing

Our providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where required, international transfers must be covered by an appropriate legal safeguard, such as an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep information

We keep unsuccessful enquiry and introductory-call records for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete them.

We may retain relevant information longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or deal with a dispute. If you become a customer, additional information about service-related processing and retention will be provided where appropriate.

Cookies and tracking

We have not installed advertising pixels or analytics tracking tools on our website.

Our website platform may use technologies necessary to operate the website and maintain security. Third-party services, including LinkedIn and Google Calendar, have their own privacy and cookie practices.

If we introduce optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information. You may also request restricted processing or portability of your information.
