How is this different from a consultant or advisory board?

Founders fight consultants. They don't fight peers. When three VPs of Sales tell the founder they wouldn't do what the company is doing, it lands differently than the same insight from a partner or a McKinsey alum. The panel removes the tall-poppy problem. The founder is being validated by people running the same play one stage ahead, not told they're wrong by someone with less scar tissue.

Panellists are currently active, not retired and not sitting on a board. They're running a number in an adjacent company or category right now, so the pattern-matching is live, not remembered.

Do you work with law firms and accountancy firms?

Yes. We co-host GTM client events for professional services firms, the firm invites its clients, we bring the panel of active sales leaders. Fieldfisher co-hosted the first of these in Dublin in July 2026.
